RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If your bouquet or flowers arrive damaged in any way, please immediately photograph the damaged flowers and send us an email to thegirls@theflowermerchant.co.nz with the images, the issue, your date of purchase and the purchase price. We will endeavour to replace your damaged flowers as soon as possible.
SHIPPING INFO
Our beautiful bouquets and flowers can be shipped anywhere in New Zealand. On their arrival they will just need to be carefully shaken out and 'fluffed' to get them looking their best.
We charge a flat rate shipping charge of $15 for South Island deliveries and $25 for North Island deliveries. Delivery 2-5 working days.
